Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Apple Watch Trade-in Issue

I shipped my Apple Watch 5 Stainless Steel for a trade-in on 9/24 and last week I received a very frustrating email saying that "On Oct 31 we received a different device than we were expecting, and adjusted the value from $180.00 to $8.28".

Trade-in status shows that Verizon received the same IMEI's Watch 5, and only difference is that they received 44mm, not 40mm. When I entered IMEI number for a trade-in application back in September, Verizon website recognized the IMEI as 40mm Watch 5, which is Verizon's system error.  No matter it is 40mm or 44mm, either is eligible for the same trade-in value. 

I called Verizon's customer center to correct this, but they're saying that it's their warehouse's decision, and can't adjust the trade-in value. It's very stressful to see Verizon's process to manage the trade-in issue. This should be corrected immediately.
