I keep getting directed to the security page to aquire a pin number for my account with Verizon. I lost my phone. The chat session directs me to the security page. There is suppose to be a prompt that states "Click Set Account PIN and follow the prompts." I cannot find that heading anywhere on the page that chat directed me to. I cannot order a placement for my lost phone until I aquire a pin number. Can anyone help?
