I sent my iPhone 11 in for a trade in. The phone was in daily use for several years, right up until I received my new iPhone 14. The old iPhone 11 held a charge, turned on and off and worked fine. Verizon claims that the phone wouldn't turn on when they received and drastically reduced the trade in credit. This could only be true if it was damaged in shipping or damaged by Verizon or Verizon simply failed to test it correctly. None of these things are my fault or responsibility. I feel like I am being cheated by Verizon. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I'm sure the trade in agreement says that Verizon has the final say, but they simply shouldn't cheat people like this...

Complaint withdrawn! 🙂 I just had a good talk with Ray and he adjusted the trade-in amount back to the original, expected amount. Thanks Ray!
