My pixel 3 xl screen cracked last week so I put a claim in to have it fixed. I have total mobile protection plan so I was told it would be $30. I received a refurbished phone as a replacement and mailed back my phone with the cracked screen in their provided envelope. About 4 days later I received an email from Asurion stating the back of the phone had damage and they will be charging me an additional $170. I called and tried to dispute it but they refused to reverse the charge. I'm upset because it would have been cheaper for me just to have the screen repaired locally. Do I have any remaining options to get this charge reversed?
