Asurion is hurting my relationship with Verizon

  • Problem: My phone displays a thin vertical green light.
  • Solution: Replace the lcd screen *according to an Apple technician. 
  • Actions: I tried getting my phone repaired by filing a claim with Asurion, the website isn't working and I'm getting the following error message after entering my phone number and access code...

  • Further Action: Verizon customer support does not have another way to connect me with Asurion, one representative suggested that I go to a Verizon store and purchase a used or new phone from them. I'm paying for the insurance but it seems that this is a non-working service run by Asurion and ignored by Verizon. 

If anyone knows a way to get this claim to work I would greatly appreciate your input.
