Auto Pay Charge

Anyone else get charged 20 dollars extra a month just for paying your bill? I am not enrolled in auto pay and it has been confirmed yet I've been getting charged an extra 20 bucks the past several months for not paying with auto pay! I'm so tired of going round and round with customer service and nothing seems to get fixed.

You're not being charged extra for not using auto pay.  That is your normal account bill.  If you enable auto pay using the payment methods included, then you get a discount off of your normal bill.
