I had auto pay set up last month. It did not take money out from last months bill. Why??? I go look today and I owe double plus "late fee".
I can't get a hold of any "real" person. Live chat was busy then I tried another one that asked for info. There was a state drop down tab to select your state. Ohio (OH) was not listed! WHY!?! I just selected Kentucky "KY" and proceeded then it said Live chat was "Unavailable". I have never had any issues with verizon till now. If I can't get a hold of a real person to talk to because everything is automated then what am I supposed to do???
