Auto-Renewing a mystery $15 subscription?

Why am I continuing to receive texts stating my monthly subscription to Napster is being renewed for $15 each month, when I have not had Rhapsody on my phone in years?  I have addressed this multiple times with Verizon, get told it is fixed, and yet I keep getting renewal texts.  No option anywhere in my account to address this.
