I am in the same boat. This is my second month bill. I am not allowed to sign up for auto draft since it did not clear by the bank, due to the operator not entering the checking account number in order manner and misplaced some digits. Therefore, they have locked my account even though I have entered the correct members online. So, I am not qualified for the 5 line credit of auto pay until July. They have also yet to give me credit for the activation fees for 5 lines.
We are sorry to hear about your recent issues when trying to set up your auto pay services. With regard to getting this added what issues do you have trying to add it? Is there a restriction on your account or did a payment not go through due to the information entered?
