I’ve had auto pay for years. I noticed my August deduction from my bank was a bit lower than usual by $17. Logged into my Verizon account and it said I had a balance due and they would charge me a late fee haha. Funny since how is it my problem the Verizon didn’t deduct the entire amount due with the auto pay only majority of the bill?! Has anyone ever experienced this? Now I feel I have to babysit each month to make sure they actually deduct my entire amount due.
I must say that is odd indeed. I surely want to investigate what happened. Auto Pay is supposed to take the full balance. I have sent you a private message so I can help. -Amber
