I’ve had autopay set up on my account for nearly 2 years. I logged into my account to see my payoff amount and I saw a notice referencing that my payment is late. I checked my bank account and it’s not on the bank side.
I would hope you wouldn’t be charging customers because your system isn’t working properly...
