BOGO - Will credits still be on the "Get One" if I buy out the "Buy one"

Hello

I'm trying to pay in full my phone on the "Buy one."  When I try to do it, it says i'll lose the promotional credit of a certain amount.  That certain amount is the amount that is credited towards my "Get one phone" (The promo is: Device Promo - Get 10 of 24).

Is this correct?  I tried to search the forum (they say if I pay off the buy one, the get one is not affected) but I wanted to make sure since I'm getting that message for my account and my situation might be different than others.

BOGO promotions require the device payment installments to remain on your bill for the length of the agreement term. If you pay off one phone, you will lose any credits that haven't been applied yet.
