Hello, I submitted my $250 Verizon eGift Card rebate request on August 30th. It has not yet been fully verified, but I just got a new iPhone and I'm wondering whether it would make me ineligible for receiving the eGift card if I started using the new device?

It's been more than 45 consecutive days since I activated my old iPhone after a switch from another provider (I kept my old number).

I tried to ask an agent through your chat option, but the person could not provide me with any help. And the phone number of the rebate center the agent shared with me is constantly busy.

Would love to know if I can start using my new iPhone. Thank you.

We always want to ensure ypou get the right details about the promotion. As long as the original device was active for longer than 45 days and the device payment agreement was not started before the 45 day period you can activate the new phone and stil lqualify for the rebate. To confirm, you did submit the claim with the pomotional code?
