We switched to Verizon at the end of August. We waited 3 billing cycles like the promotion said to receive the byod credit. I contacted customer service about the credit and they said we failed to submit the rebate form. We never received the rebate form and the website had nothing about this at the time. I checked my email and the documents section and their was no rebate information to submit. I called and Verizon says it is too late to submit. Yet they are still advertising up to $500 to byod! I will be contacting the attorney general and my state senator about this. I can't believe verizon is lieing to people about their promotions! We switched back to verizon after 3 years with t-moble. I thought it was a good idea and it has been the worst decision ever. Not only has customer service went downhill, you can't even talk to anyone on the phone.
