Verizon Rep told me I would get a $500 prepaid Visa per line if I switched to them and brought my own devices. They lied and now I'm stuck with gift cards I can only use at Verizon plus I have a huge balance at my previous provider! I have contacted them countless times and they are no help, not to mention it takes over an hour to answer a question! I think I made a big mistake switching to Verizon because they just want your money and don't care about customer service.
