Bad service

I live in China twp (west of St Clair mi) my coverage is terrible! I hardly have a bar on my service indicator! I also have version home line service and calls keep dropping all the time. It works well when we get out of this area, and it was always good in the past. Did you drop a tower or something? I am at the point of looking at a different company.
