Order online is horrible if there is an issue.
Order was placed online and got issue.
When i called in for help with the order online number, the reps don't know what to do with that, and then they transferred to sale department.
Sale department didn't know how to correct the issue, and then she just hung up.
I called 611 for help about 8 times, and the issue still going on.
Do not do the switch to Verizon from online.
It will be nightmare if something just little mistake happen.
What is a joke?
After I posted my issue in here, I received this message from verizon.
"Thank you for meeting us here. Please tell us more about the situation. What's wrong with you order?
But there is no reply or following up response.
I think verizon has a big issue with the automation system. Their customer service so far is "1 star".
At least you should have a set up to follow up with you new customer to see what is going on.
It was bad decision to switch to verizon.
