On 03/09/2020 I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro with two day shipping. The phone was marked as delivered and signed by someone other than myself or my family. After numerous attempts to reach out to customer support, I am nowhere further. So, it is now coming upon 2 weeks without any progress, and it is still difficult to get in touch with someone from support who will let you know what happened to the device. Any suggestions?
