Best way to get accurate information from Verizon (Assumption of Liability)

We have called Verizon 2x and received two different answers.  At this point, we are looking for information in writing on what we would be looking at.  

Planning to take two lines off our account, and have our son assume liability for the remaining 3 lines (2 phones, one tablet).  Since our unlimited plans are based on multiple family members, we want to get a true picture for him of how much everything will increase.  1st rep said nothing would increase.  2nd rep was well intentioned and had FAR better people skills than the 1st, but spent a lot of time manually calculating a bunch of things.  My confidence level isn't there.  We want to see it officially in writing from Verizon before asking our son to assume the liability.  

At the heart of the matter is the bill credits for all three lines - the tablet line has two separate bill credits.  We want to ensure those bill credits will not be affected. Thank you
