Beware! Verizon will not tell you that you must have separate plans for their 5 G phones. Traded in (another fiasco) 2 iphones toward discount on 2 iPhone 12 phones. Sales rep told me they could both be on same plan. Later found they were being charged at $70 for each phone plan and that 5G phones require separate plans. Prices quoted me were substantially lower than future bills after traded in. Almost double what I was quoted. Beware!
Hello, Jer9. We never want you to feel like you can not trust the information given to you by us. All of our Unlimited plans include 5G, and all of your lines on the account can have the same unlimited plan. But when you have a 5G phone, it will have the 5G feature on the line. Click here to view our Unlimited plans details: https://www.verizon.com/plans/unlimited/. The phones on the account can have the same plan, but you can't mix a limited data plan with a Unlimited plan on the account. We hope this information is helpful. CassieG_VZW

The sales person only quoted me for one plan and didn't inform me that each phone had to have a separate plan although I asked if the amount he quoted me was what my total bill would be. Now I have sent in two trade in phones and Verizon is still charging me over 300 dollars with no credit for the trade in phones. I had to call for the 5th time and get in touch with the trade in department to find out they had the phones but had not processed them. I waited on line while they were supposedly processed but the discount has not showed up on my next bill. I was with Verizon for over 20 years but I will no longer be with them after this agreement is satisfied. My lawyer is looking into my options. Just be aware that they are extremely disorganized and don't trust any of their sales people.
Now they are telling me they are waiting on some other department to send them a message as to my trade in phones. I'm getting the run around. Now I understand why they want to continue this conversation via private message. Beware that you are gambling if you join this company's services.
