We've had a business account started in this office and are currently trying to move it. We got completely scammed by Steven Nolen, who apparently no longer works there. We were conned into signing up for a new plan (with new "free" accessories) and getting new phones without being given proper information. The accessories were far from free, even thought I was reassured that they were and the BOGO phone offer required a new third line--a fact NEVER mentioned to us. Verizon office in Scottsdale AZ helped us straighten out the situation and return unwanted equipment, but it seems to me that Verizon Corporate should take responsibility for their reps and offices and honor offers they promote. We're long time customers and very disappointed to see this kind of thing going on with such a reputable company.
