I am trying to pay my bill. I get to the page where I enter credit card info, fill it in and click continue and nothing happens. Exact same steps I perform every month. I tried chatting with a rep but all they did was try to sell me a new plan and didn't really resolve anything.
I tried both Chrome and Edge. Neither worked.
Has anyone else had issues with the bill pay website?
