From June 8 till today I have spent countless hours with Verizon customer service . Due to an agent error international billing was accidentally removed which resulted in the bill with $438.xx . Multiple calls and chats with agent confirmed that the credit is approved but I do not see the credit posted to my account . I get messages that I owe when I do not . Every time I speak to an agent I am told a supervisor has to approve . But on July 12 I had a supervisor by name Angela confirm the bill credit approval . It is still not posted to my account . When I call again today I am told the credit is yet to be approved. This is so conflicting and draining my time. Who do I contact in Verizon to resolve this issue ? I have spent 2 hours today already on this.
