I paid off my phone last month a year early. My monthly bill has not gone down to what is was before I started making monthly payments on this phone. Why is this?
It is important that you are able to get everything taken care of. Did you make any other changes to your account within the last month? *Peter
I did not change my service or my plan. I just paid off the phone early.
There must be some difference in the text of the detailed charges on your old/new compared bills. Or, maybe the payoff, if allowed, takes a month or so to get recorded.
JeffreyJF Having a good understanding of the charges on your bill is important. We will be sending you a message in private to review your account/bill.
JeffreyJF, you can pay off your device payment agreement when you want. Here are some reasons why you should not pay it off early or why you would not be able to pay it off early.
1 When you pay off your device, any monthly promotional credits you get for that device will stop.
2 To pay off your agreement, your account can't be past due.
3 If it's still within the device's 30-day return and exchange period, then you can only pay off the device in a Verizon retail store.
