I am having a huge issue here and the customer service I am receiving is awful if i can even get anyone on the phone.
I have run over data the last two months so i decided it was time to go unlimited. I changed to unlimited around Christmas on MyVerizon app, but didnt see the option to backdate the plan. I submitted and then called and talked to an agent to have the plan backdated. I was told it was taken care of, but i just saw my bill and my unlimited change was partial month and i have $120 in overages. I spent yesterday and this morning trying to get someone on the phone, but no luck. I finay got someone in live chat, but after an hour of slow communication they are stating I cant backdate my plan change.
Verizon's customer service has really went downhill from my past experiences.

Personally, this kind of change is something I would suggest in future completing on a computer just to make sure you are seeing all of the options available for when to have the change made.
