I have been paying with my checking account for several years and no issues. Just this month my payment has been rejected twice claiming I put in the wrong account information into the My Verizon app. The first Customer Service Rep was saying a number was missing from my account and refunded me $25. It happened again, I paid with my checking account number and same thing happened. This last Customer Service Rep said I put in the wrong account number and would not refund me $25. I said I talked to my bank twice and they never received Verizon’s information. I said I would not do this twice putting in the wrong account information. Plus because of my credit history of twice returned payments I cannot even manage Auto Pay. Verizon cannot think that it was their mistake. Plus messing up my credit history! I am closing my account, never had such horrible customer service and never again with Verizon!!
