Got the email saying my bill is ready. When i log in, it says paid in full. I don't have auto pay set up. I think the website is showing that i paid last month bill. Have not seen this happen before. Should i wait a couple more days and see if the new bill shows up?
MDBob, I am sorry to learn of any confusion with viewing your bill. I rely on those email alerts as well to take a look at my current bill. You will be able to view the bill 5 days after your bill cycle date has closed. Has it been past that time frame? Are you able to view your bill now online?
