I have called Verizon customer service a total now of 9 times regarding a billing credit. Since the sixth call I was reassured by the representative I will not have to call about the issue again. I do have chat transcripts and emails of these conversations. To date I have not received the credit I was promised. I was told it would post to my account after a billing cycle. I have paid my account in full each and every time. VERIZON is LIP SERVICE all around, I'm confident other carriers take care of their customers. I'm demanding one more time, credit my account for your promise or something in writing why you won't honor your promise. As a veteran of this country who continues to serve, no one should experience the so-called customer service Verizon offers.
