I was billed for things I did not request when I signed up. This needs to be removed from my bill. I have been trying to get to someone for 2 hours... tried calling in, tried call back but when Verizon calls me there is nobody there. The wait time said 11-13 minutes I have been on hold for 42 minutes and counting...
