What do I have to do to get you people to fix my bill. I have been having issues since July. Thought we had it and now you wanna charge me over $700 for YOUR mistake. Seriously what is wrong with this company.
I know exactly what you mean. My monthly bill never changed after I finished paying off a device I have been making payments on. You would think your bill would be cheaper but nope you still pay the same exact amount as if your still making payments on the device. But don't worry if you reach out about it they jus tell you your bill is exactly what i should be.
