it's a long story but my bill after Thier upgrades went from about 350 pet month to over 500, then over 900 then over 800. Spoke to customer service for HOURS several times. Each time CS person was nice and thought everything was taken care of until the next bill. I spoke to someone yesterday and as usual it was resolved until I get my next bill I will not know if it's true. I do not have words too describe how dysfunction verizon wireless has been.
$900 per month for several months in a row would concern me too. I am sending a Private Note to take a look into this for you.
