Can Verizon ever get the billing correct?  For at least 3 consecutive months now, I have had charges for 411 searches, even though they have supposedly been blocked.  Now, Verizon wants me to pay $10 per month to block charges of $9.95 by going with the Family plan. After several hours each month trying to get the bills fixed and constant reassurances that all is correct, it is still happening.  I am ready to switch providers and tell Verizon and their billing department where they can take their service.  At least with AT&T they could eventually get the billing correct.

Seems more to me you should stop dialing 411 if you don't want 411 charges. With internet being so readily available, there's no reason not to Google search instead.

If you have multiple people on an account and someone else is dialing 411, tell them to stop or make them pay for the charges. Switching carriers isn't going to change what numbers people on your account are dialing.
