I am currently deployed and I have a bill over $700 for international fees the problem is I didn’t even use my phone unless I was under WiFi. I can’t call customer service and I need help to figure out if something can be done about this ridiculous payment.
I'm sorry you received that large bill Nkilugbo1. I know how upsetting it can be to receive a bill that large. We also appreciate your services in the military and would love to review the bill with you, check your international plan and if you receive notifications of the charges.
