Somehow I have gotten signed up for this Covid relief payment plan. Something I do not want, something I did not ask for.
I have continuously tried to call, tried to email. This is so pathetic that you cannot reach a human.
I have continuously made my payments as originally agreed upon, same amount, every month. I have requested the remove this Covid thing from the account. Now they are saying I am in arrears when I have paid consistently.
What the heck?!! I do not owe, and not missed a payment and yet cannot get this addressed.
So sick of the run around.
