I always pay on time.

if you would like this to continue send me a paper bill.

this is my third request.

do not charge me a late fee

Why don't you sign into your My Verizon account and turn paper billing on?

You should also know your cycle/due date making a late fee something you have 100% control over regardless of how you get your bill. I have a calendar event setup and pay on time using the app.

On-time payments are always appreciated, EdnNC. We understand there are times when you wish to receive a paper bill. Tigerstep offered a great idea. Here is how to change your billing preferences on My Verizon (best done using a computer):

 

Hover over the word “Account” near the top of the page.

On the popup menu, click “Documents and Receipts.”

On the following page, scroll down and look for the “Auto Pay and paper-free billing” section.

Where it says “You chose to view your bill online,” click the “Manage” button.

On the following page, you will see the option to change to receiving a paper bill.

 

Please make certain that changing to a paper bill will not cause you to forfeit any discounts or promotions you may be receiving. Let us know if this information is helpful.
