WHY did my data charge increase by $10, to $20 per month?

I know how important it is for your billing to be correct, and I can understand why you would be concerned to see an increase! When viewing your bill on My Verizon, you can view additional details by clicking the mobile number. You will be able to see if there was a change in data used, and details about how your plan bills data.
