I have asked Verizon to put my billing on hold or to charge an admin fee while I am in Ukraine. They continue to ask for the complete billing payment. Does anyone have any other plans or explanation from r this? Am I asking the wrong question?

Yes, I’ve asked to suspend my service while abroad. I was reassured this was possible and will be done. Unfortunately, I have been receiving emails regarding my mobile. 

all I asked was to suspend service for 4 months. This to begin on 16 May thru 16 Sep
