 Verizon, would you please explain to me why you are claiming why I went over my data limit three days ago and have added a $15 fine to next months bill, when my phone clearly says that I am still at .88G with a day left until renewal!?!  What kind of sham are you trying to pull now?  Is this your way to force everyone into unlimited data plans because when I spoke to customer service two days ago, all she kept trying to do is upsell me to unlimited, rather than correct the problem that I'm calling you out on.
