It seems that there have been several threads concerning this issue over the years. Is there any way to block spam email text messages? It look as though at one time this was an option under account management, but now Verizon expects us to in order to block spam.
We understand the importance of stopping those unwanted text messages. You do have the option to block emails and domains. Please see this link for the steps: https://www.verizon.com/support/block-unblock-services-faqs/ . You can also start forwarding these messages to 7726 so that an investigation can be done.
