I sent in a galaxy watch 4 BT to get $180 in trade in credits for 36 months for buying a pixel watch. I get an email today saying my value has been adjusted to 4.86 cents due to a broken screen and that the watch doesn't turn on. I have pictures taken the day I sent it in where it shows the screen in perfect condition and the watch on. It had a bump scratch in the housing but that's not the screen. I've been a customer for 19 years and this makes me want to return my watch and just switch carriers. At least send me the watch back if you're going to keep it and only give me 4$.
