I became a new Customer originally on December the 13th, but had issues completing my order. I called the Customer Care line, and they canceled my order and had me resubmit a new one online. I carefully resubmit a new order online as directed. 2 days later I received another customer's SIM cards in a box, so I had to go to the store and get new SIM cards. Also, our devices were paid off, and account in good standing with BOOST Mobile but they refused to unlock our phones. Verizon couldn't help us so I strolled into the nearest Best Buy to buy 2 new phones for $700 (they were unlocked versions). So I still purchased and brought NON-Verizon phones to my account, and phone call after phone call I still can't seem to get my $500 per line egift card rebate to submit. Please check into this for me and reach out to me ASAP. Thanks.
