I was hoping you can please assist me or forward to the correct department who could help. On 01/11/2019, I submitted my promo rebate "Bring your own device to Verizon and receive up to $250" online. There were three lines that switch from SPRINT to VERIZON. The phone numbers were [removed] on order numbers [removed]. When I checked online the "Check Your Rebate Status", the system is not able to locate my rebate status for my prepaid MasterCard. So I called [removed] and they stated they are unable to locate the rebate and to contact Customer Care. Can you please investigate and make sure my rebate is processed correctly? Also, please contact me at your earliest convenience?
