Does anybody have any insights as to how to deal with the broken functionality in the VZ customer portal one uses to Print Return Label? I'm in the process of returning a set-top box, and the shipping box sent to me by VZ didn't include a shipping label. But, printing instructions indicated I could use the customer portal to do so.
When I access this portal after logging in, I do see a button to Print Return Label. However, when clicked the spinner to the right starts to twirl - and never stops. Clicking on the button a few times generates a pop-up that has radio buttons to select Email or Print, but both are non-functional.

Looks like you are trying to return equipment associated with Verizon Fios and not Verizon Wireless. Questions regarding Verizon Fios should be posted on the Fios forum. See link below.
