FOR OVER A MONTH AND ALMOST A HALF, I HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH THE WEBSITE TO UPGRADE MY BROTHER'S PHONE. I AM SO IRRITATED IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY. I HAVE ESCALATED IT TO I.T AND HAVE AN ID FOR IT, AND NOTHING. KEEPS TELLING ME THE PAYMENT CAN'T BE PROCESSED. IF I CAN'T GET THIS FIXED SOON, I AM GOING TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER CARRIER, I HAVE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR OVER 20 YEARS!!!
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD AN ISSUE WHERE THEY KEPT BEING TOLD THAT CARD CAN'T BE PROCESSED BUT ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT HAS THE FUNDS AVAILABLE?!?!?
