I CALL IN to report the fraud (I will be calling NYS Attorney General) and the rep agrees with me 100% but cant fix it UNTIL IT BILLS. Really? So I have to call after the FRAUD BILL IS GENERATED AND REPORT THE FRAUD AGAIN. What a band of thieves. Porting out my numbers when this gets resolved.
