Call and message data is not being updated so when I go view usage, it is not correct. Please provide assistance.  Thanks!

Ensuring that your device's call and message data updates in a timely manner is always very important. When you're checking your usage totals by dialing #DATA or #3282 and #MIN/#646 and tapping the CALL/SEND button from your phone, please keep in mind that your account's usage totals are updated throughout the day. If you're not subscribing to an unlimited plan, Verizon wants to make sure that you're kept updated on your usage allowance totals to help avoid potential overage charges.
