Same here. And Verizon STILL has this problem. No reason why call logs can't be updated in real time. It's so frustrating and ridiculous!

My call log is no longer working. Was working before. Seems to have stopped around May 23. Would really like to see this data again. All I get now is "no data available for this device" or something like that.

I want to gather more details in order to address your concern accurately. Are you referring to call logs on your smartphone, or on the website? Are certain calls missing from the record, or can you not see any at all?
