The call log "Voice Details" section has been eliminated from my bill as of May 2020 billing cycle. How can I obtain this info? Checking Usage only permits drill-down on Calls to show CURRENT period call log, not historical (e.g. last billing period.)
You can retrieve your previous call logs by visiting My Verizon and obtaining this information through your bills. CecileC_VZW
I have tried to pull up the Voice Details call log from my May 2020 billing and I get message I do not have Voice Details for my phone number for that period. I also cannot pull up any Usage details for the current month. Customer Service actually just told me they don't know why and don't have anyone to ask. Really????????
