Call logs not updating

As of today, the call logs on my account are four days behind. This is for all three lines and I have checked the My Verizon app, my account on the computer, and the Smart Family app. When I tried to contact Verizon via chat, all they do is try to sell me something. This is crazy - I need this information for my business. The texts are showing up fine. Wifi calling is not enabled on any phone. Verizon needs to address this ASAP.
