I keep getting a message that I’m not authorized to view my previous call and text logs. I wanted to view the last two months. Why is this not available to prepaid customers?
We understand wanting to see your own usage. With prepaid services, you will have access to historical usage up to 45-days.
If you are not able to view your usage, make sure you are logged in under the Account Owner profile. BrittanyC_VZW
